My 2007 Corvette with the 400 hp engine sounds like it has loose main bearings on acceleration. The oil pressure also drops about 4 or 5 pounds when the car accelerates. It has a manual transmission.

The dealer says that the oiling system is designed to reduce pressure for fuel mileage reasons. Four other new Corvettes with manual transmission also do this. I have built several engines in my life and none sounded like this... What gives???
