I have a 1997 toyota 4-runner v-6 limited 2 wheel drive.

Engine light came on and it was tested and read: Random/multi misfire. Cylinder 3 misfire. Evap Emission control sensor.?? Any idea what might be wrong.

I am losing water from my radiator about half gallon a day no visible leak no steam coming from my exhaust pipe, no water in oil, no oil in radiator. Engine running rough when stopped or going under 5 mph???? My spark plugs are new.
