In the desire of Mexico to give greater protection in the market of new and used cars, the country made some modification in the law of importing cars in Mexico. Basically, this amendment in the law of importing cars will help Mexico improve their market strategy and uplift Mexican car industry in the country. Mexican Association of Automobile Distributors have a reasonable justification in the change of legislation. They simply want to protect their country not to be one of the world's largest automotive garbage dump. In other words, they have big concern to maintain a clean environment. Some car dealers from other states particularly Texas was alarmed with the change in legislation but they have to adhere to it.
