In a time where we need to be conservative abotu our spending, buying a new car is sometimes not an option. However, there are instances when we really have to purchase one, so the best that we can do is to make sure that what we buy is worth our money.
Consumer Reports released an issue jusging the best car for overall value in 2009. What is the winner? The Toyota Prius.
