When one's power steering fluid is pretty much low, surely, more fluid would be needed. After it has been run for a while, even more is still needed.
The reason for this would be due to the pump which normally pumps the fluid through the lines and out goes the air, that as captured within them.
One should then keep filling, as well as checking, just to make sure that after you start your vehicle that you can surely turn your wheel from one side, directly to the other side, all the way.
