The Ford Motor Company's efforts in the last five years in fuel economy and CO2 reductions was recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on a recent report the agency released.
The giant automakers believes that two of its brands, Ford Escape and Mercury Mariner hybrids, was spotted by agency's recognition. Ford Fusion hybrids and Mercury Milan hybrids where not included in the report which started back in 2004.
