Probably due to the lower gas prices and higher incentives, demand for pickup trucks and sports-utility vehicles are on the rise while demand for other vehicle types is down, says officials of vehicle-producing company Ford. This has prompted the company to increase its truck production for next year to around 305,000 while its car production will fall to 125,000.
Shares of Ford grew up by 3.9% in recent trading.
