Electric cars, in today's age, can be easily done. This is why a lot of Americans are puzzled that these car manufacturers still stick to their gas-powered guzzlers.
Creating electric mobiles are so easy that just anyone can do it. You may call them rebels, and they are out there to convert their gas-powered vehicles to electric ones. It just doesn't save them money, these cars have zero carbon emission as well.
